Dr. Kelley was born in Beeville Texas, graduated from UT Health Science Center in San Antonio.  His residencies were completed at the Bexar County Hospital District and  Audie Murphy Vetran's Administration where he was Chief Resident in both general surgery and thoracic surgery.  


He has been practicing in Texas for over 20 years.

Dr. Kelley is fellow of the American College of Surgery, American College of Cardiology, American College of Chest Physicians among others.

Dr. Kelley currently serves as a CAPTAIN, Medical Corps United States Navy.
